Our story

Built in Fairbanks

An old Alaska Club. Former racquetball courts. Two Interior Alaska winters of work. Then Lat 65 was born.

Chapter one

The building

The team found its future brewery at the edge of downtown Fairbanks inside an old Alaska Club and converted former racquetball courts into production and taproom space.

Chapter two

Two winters of work

Building a brewery in Interior Alaska meant working through two Fairbanks winters before Lat 65 was ready to welcome the community through the doors.

The result turned a familiar local building into a production brewery, ciderhouse and neighborhood taproom.

Chapter three

Neighborhood brewery

Lat 65 sits near the Chena River bike trail system and Graehl Park, making the taproom part of the neighborhood fabric around central Fairbanks.

Chapter four

Something for everyone

The brewery and ciderhouse span classic styles and newer trends, giving the taproom a wider range than beer alone.
